The Center's partner in developing and delivering training and workshops is the WCEI:
Working Council for Employee Involvement
The management and union leadership of the WCEI lends hands-on firing-line experienced process facilitators/trainers to The Center for joint initiative training and facilitation throughout Northwest Ohio. This means that the services rendered are by experienced and seasoned practitioners, not consultants or academics.
The Center and WCEI do not charge for their services for facility-specific training an assistance. Minimal fees to cover costs are charged for modules, workshops, and conferences.
