For more than three decades the International Geographical Union has recognised the contributions to the international geographical community of economic geographers from around the world by designating a research commission embracing aspects of economic geography.

The present Commission (2009-2012), "The Dynamics of Economic Spaces", is dedicated to advancing international research and scholarship in economic geography. We believe that we have an exciting conference schedule planned for the upcoming four years - click here for more information.
