The Toledo Metropatterns Report from Ameregis, a research and geographic information systems (GIS) firm that documents evolving development patterns in U.S. metropolitan regions, is available from the UAC. This report analyzes the effects of sprawl in the Toledo area, and recommends strategies to counteract it.
